WORCESTER Arts Workshop has launched a bid to showcase the talents of emerging BAME (Black, Asian and minority ethnic) artists across the county with a new commission.
Arts chiefs would like to invite applicants who identify as BAME and who are based in Worcestershire to apply for a one-off £250 commission for a new piece of work, inspired by the artists’ response to the Black Lives Matter campaign.
Applicants can work across any and all media – dance, poetry, performance, visual arts, photography, new writing, digital media, music.
