Big Dreamers set for summer shows

Worcester Editorial 22nd Jul, 2022   0

CHILDREN’s theatre festival Big Dreamers 2022 is kicking off the summer holidays with their first in-person event since 2019.

Starting on Monday (July 25), Worcester’s little explorers explorers will be able to take part in a range of exciting workshops for four to seven years old and their grownups.

Play in the playspace at Lyppard Hub, create your own weird and wonderful masterpiece with Spare Room Arts or join in our make and dance session with Dance Fest and artist Kate Brookes.

The festival will close on July 29 with a day of theatre set against the backdrop of Worcester’s Gheluvelt Park.

Heidi Murphy, creative director, said: “Big Dreamers Festival was created for and with the families of Worcester, all families are welcome and for many of our audience members it’s their first trip to the theater.

“This year’s festival will be a celebration of being back in person, and we look forward to welcoming new faces.”

Workshops and shows are free to attend.
