Bus window smashed by stone in Dines Green

A STONE has been thrown at a bus in Dines Green causing the driver’s window to smash.

The incident happened at 6.25pm on Friday (May 5), where two boys, aged around ten to 12 years old with a brown Labradoodle, are believed to have thrown the stone at a First bus driving on Tudor Way, causing the driver’s window to shatter.

PC Jen Blackburn, of West Mercia Police, said: “Thankfully nobody was injured in the incident, but I would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed it.

“We’d particularly like to identify the two boys who were seen in the area.”




Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 665s of Friday, May 5.
