AN APPEAL for information has been launched after a woman had her purse stolen in a store on Tybridge Street.
On Thursday, February 25 between 4.15pm to 4.30pm, the woman left her purse and a shopping bag on the floor of an aisle whilst looking at food.
At the same time, it’s alleged a man picked up the bag and passed it to a boy. Both were with a second man and police believe the trio paid for their shopping and left the store with the bag.
Police have now released a CCTV image of two men they wish to speak to in connection with the investigation.
