A CCTV image has been released of a man who stole a quantity of cash from a Worcester sweet shop.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man entered Jessica’s Sweet Shop on Mealcheapen Street between 5.15pm and 5.20pm on Tuesday (June 7).
The man distracted a member of staff, then opened one of the tills and removed a quantity of cash from it, before leaving the shop.
Three members of the public stopped him in the street and managed to retrieve the money but he then left on foot.
