A CITY teenager sustained serious injuries to his leg when he was knocked over while walking along the pavement by a cyclist wearing a hoodie.
The incident happened on Wylds Lane, Worcester, at about 4pm on September 14.
Officers are asking for anyone who may have witnessed this incident involving the 13-year-old, or who knows anything about it, to contact them.
