A WORCESTER police constable has pleaded not guilty to rape and five counts of sexual assault.
Michael Darbyshire, 54, appeared at Worcester Crown Court today (Monday) and denied all of the charges against him,
He is accused of the rape and sexually assault of a woman in November 2018 and further sexual assaults in August 2019.
Mr Darbyshire was granted bail but remains suspended from his role with West Mercia Police.
His will stand trial on March 25 next year.
