E-fit released after woman is raped in Warndon Villages

AN E-FIT image has been released of a man police would like to speak to in connection with a rape on a woman in Warndon Villages.

The woman, who is in her 20s, was attacked on a public footpath between Woodgreen Drive and Plantation Drive between 2am and 3:30am on Wednesday (June 15).

Detective Sergeant Craig Tennant of Worcestershire Reactive CID said: “Since the attack, we have increased patrols in the area to reassure the local community, and have an e-fit image of a man we wish to speak to in connection with incident.

“We urge members of the public to contact West Mercia Police if they recognised the man.”




The individual is described as an Asian man, slim build, 5ft 11in in height, mid 20s, clean shaven and had black hair with a fringe.

He was wearing a black zip up hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms, and reported to have had a mild Indian accent.
