WORCESTER MP Robin Walker learnt first hand the simple techniques that could save someone’s life as part of Save a Life September.
The event was held by St John Ambulance in Angel Square to teach life-saving skills to members of the public.
It was part of a national drive to make more people aware of simple actions that can make the difference between a life being saved and a life ending.
Robin Walker said: “St John Ambulance does such important work providing first aid at so many charity and sporting events in Worcester and it is great to see it supporting such an educational campaign.
“I was very pleased to learn a little more first aid at the stand in Angel Place and I’m delighted to see the way in which they work with schools and community groups to promote greater awareness of essential life saving skills.”
