Little Lodge Nursery staff make video to cheer up youngsters during lockdown

Worcester Editorial 18th Apr, 2020   0

STAFF at a Spetchley nursery have made a video for the children they usually look after to cheer them up during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Employees at Little Lodge made the three minutes, 40 seconds film which shows them throwing a teddy bear to each other and shots of the nursery.

They posted it on the nursery’s Facebook page for the children and parents but it was shared further afield and has become a bit of a hit.

Khilan Dhani, who took over the nursery in August with Vivek Shah, said: “It was the staff’s idea – they wanted to give the children some memories and something familiar to look at.”

It was shared with the message ‘Stay safe and remember we’re all in this together!’

The nursery has 47 children from Worcester and Droitwich.
