Woman banned from shops across Worcestershire

A WORCESTER woman has been been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after stealing alcohol from a Droitwich shop.

Kirsty Gordani, 35, of Avon Road, was sentenced to twelve weeks in prison on February 16 for the theft and received the CBO at Worcestershire Magistrates Court on March 15.

The CBO was issued for three years and will prevent her causing any further issues at shops across Worcestershire.

It will come into place when she is released from prison and she will be arrested if she does not abide by the conditions of the order.

The conditions will see Gordani prevented from entering any retail premises within Droitwich, any Co-op store, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Boots, ASDA or Sainsburys within the county of Worcestershire, Abbey Retail Park in Redditch, Carpet Trades Way in Kidderminster and Malvern’s Retail Park on Roman Way.

She is also prevented from behaving in a manner that causes alarm, harassment or distress.
