A WOMAN who was killed after being hit by a bin truck in The Shambles earlier this week has been named by police.
Sylvia Russell, 69, of Dent Close in Worcester, died at the scene outside Argos on Monday (September 29) as horrified shoppers and workers looked on.
The incident happened about 9.20am.
Any of Sylvia’s family or friends who saw her on the morning of the incident are urged to call police on the non-emergency number 101.
