Woman struck by car on Tything has died

A WOMAN who was stuck by a car on The Tything has died, West Mercia Police have confirmed.

Officers are continuing to appeal for information after the collision in Worcester at about 10.15pm on Saturday, October 30.

Police recieved reports of a black Vauxhall Astra as having collided with a pedestrian near the junction with Castle Street.

Officers and West Midlands Ambulance Service attended.




A 31-year-old woman from Worcester was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham but subsequently died.

Officers wish to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured it on dash cam.
