A WORCESTER man has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) following persistent anti-social behaviour offences.
Karl Hardwick, 34, of Popert Drive, received the order at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, December 8.
The order will last for two years and prevents him from shouting, swearing or behaving aggressively in any manner that causes people to feel alarmed, harassed or distressed, as well as entering Spring Lane in Worcester and Worcester Cathedral.
If he breaches the order he could be arrested.
