WORCESTER City will play their FA Cup second round tie with League One Scunthorpe United on Sunday, December 7, it has been confirmed.
The Football Association released details yesterday (Wednesday) of the televised games and despite not being picked for the big screen, The Blue and Whites trip to Glanford Park has been moved to the Sunday with a 2pm kick-off.
It has been announced, however, Carl Heeley’s men will once again feature as one of the eight games that will be covered by a Football Focus FA Cup Special on BBC1, as their historic 2-1 victory at Coventry was.
Ticket and travel details will be announced tomorrow (Friday) once final details have been arranged with Scunthorpe United.
