NEW WARRIORS signing Ben Te’o has been named in the England squad to tour Australia this summer.
The 29-year-old, who will join the Sixways outfit from Leinster ahead of the 2016/17 campaign, is one of four uncapped players selected for the tour.
The 32 man squad will begin their three Test trip down under at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday, June 11, before clashes on Saturday, June 18 in Melbourne and Saturday, June 25 in Sydney.
England head coach Eddie Jones said: “To beat the Wallabies in Australia you have to play a physical and aggressive brand of rugby and that’s what we intend to do.
“We will need to be a fit, cohesive, tactically flexible team and play with a high intensity. We have to be in their faces from the first minute.
“But we are in no doubt of the challenge we face. England have only ever won three Tests in Australia and have never won in Brisbane, so it’s a great opportunity for us to create new history.”
